At Quote your day , we are committed to providing high-quality products. We partner with Printful for order fulfillment, which means all products are custom-made to order. Please read our policy carefully.

 

1. Return Policy

 

Due to the nature of custom products fulfilled by Printful, we are unable to accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

Products that have been used, worn, or washed.

 

However, we do accept returns in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged or defective.

An incorrect product is sent (e.g., wrong design, size, or color).

 

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and a detailed description of the issue, along with your order number.

 

2. Refunds

 

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

If the item arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects.

If an incorrect item was sent.

 

Once your return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

 

Refunds cannot be issued for:

Items returned due to incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.

Customer mistakes in the shipping address.

 

3. Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may be eligible for a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

 

4. Exceptions

 

We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following:

Items that are damaged after receipt due to improper use or care.

Color variations that may occur due to different display settings on devices.
